  Olive – Female DOB 5/22/2020 Black & White – Sweet little Olive has a way of making everyone who meets her just want to scoop her up and take her home. Olive came back to us recently after being adopted as a kitten five years ago. She was returned because the male cats in her home decided they wanted nothing to do with her, and the stress of it all had her retreating and unhappy in her situation. You would never know any of that looking at her now. She is in our quiet room, a little shy, but completely open to being petted and brushed — and she will roll right over onto her side for a belly rub without much convincing at all. Those big round eyes of hers are something else entirely. She is carrying a little extra weight at the moment, but with a better diet and more room to move around she will slim down in no time. She already loves wet food, which is a great start, and we have a feeling she is going to blossom once she is somewhere she feels truly safe and loved. Olive was recently diagnosed with asthma, but she is currently doing great and her symptoms are well controlled with medication. She remains playful, happy, and affectionate, and we expect her to continue thriving in a calm indoor home. What Olive needs most is a quiet home where she is the center of attention, with a sunny window to claim as her own and people who have time for her. A home without dogs, children, or other cats would give her the peace and security she deserves, and we have a feeling she would absolutely thrive in it.  All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian.  Our application is available to be completed online at  https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/  Applying DOES NOT guarantee approval.  We hold meet and greets with approved applications only.  (Kittens are available for adoption in pairs only unless they are going home to another kitten or young cat under 3) Our policy is strictly NO DECLAWING and INDOOR ONLY.
