Meet Oreo , a  3 4 -pound mixed breed with a heart full of love and a story of resilience. This super cute girl is sweet , smart and eager to please , and she adores people and other dogs alike. Despite being abandoned on a balcony in Georgia with no food or water during Hurricane Helene, Oreo has made an incredible recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready for a fresh start. She is an almost  full grown  puppy (who like likely fill out a bit more with time),  who loves walks & toys & all kinds of play. She is mostly house-trained, and would do best with an active family, maybe with another dog to play with who can meet her energy needs. Oreo is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
