We don't really know his breed mix, but he kind of looks Border Collie, so we speculated possibly that mixed with? He is a gorgeous boy, whatever he is! Oreo is in Tijuana in a small holding facility. He needs to get out and into rescue so he can find his forever home. We are seeking a foster home, a foster to adopt, or an adopter for Oreo. Oreo is said to be great with dogs, people, kids, we can get him cat tested. He is smart and loyal, will follow at your side and boop your hand! Oreo would arrive in MN on April 15, if we have a foster home for him!
