    My name is Oscar, but I’m no grouch! In fact, the only thing I don’t like is being separated from my people! I love snuggles and playtime. I’m great at making biscuits – even in the air when I’m being held! I get along with other kitties, but I can be a little much for kitties who like their space since I’m so outgoing. I haven’t met a dog yet, but my foster mama thinks I’m likely to get along well with them.
