Oscar is an easy-going boy who came to Fancy Cats from a partner shelter.  He enjoys cuddling with his people.  He has lived with kids and dogs but does not do well with other cats. Therefore, he must be adopted into a home that does not have any other cats.   Oscar’s estimated birthdate is 9/4/2019.  He is neutered, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and has been microchipped.
