This fun 2 year old Border Collie mix is currently thriving in a foster home and his foster mom can’t say enough good things about him! Here’s what makes Oscar so amazing: Potty and crate trained Knows SIT, SHAKE, DOWN, and WAIT Affectionate and loves giving kisses Great with other dogs (did awesome in shelter playgroups & lives with a dog in foster) Loves going for walks Great with children Weighs 45 lbs.
