He is very active and most likely is used to being a free roaming dog rather than one cooped up in a kennel run all day long. He is about 40 pounds, and seems fine with other dogs. He is also happy to see and interact with all the volunteers who have met him, and handles leash-walking once we get him out. Oswald is enjoying a chance to learn about being an indoor dog!     PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
