Like all puppies, he’s just starting to learn the basics like potty training, crate training, and good manners, and he’s eager to please. If you're looking for a loyal companion who adores people (especially the little ones), Otter is bound to be the one!   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
