A SWEET & ADORABLE FELLOW:  Approx. 6 years old / Approx. 30 lbs. Hello – I’m Ozzy!  I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and I am so happy to be soaking up all the love from the nice volunteers.  Now I’m ready to find a wonderful home of my very own with a family to love and be loved by!  I came in heartworm positive, but I'll be treated for that soon and I hope to be with my new family before treatment starts.   • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and though I wasn’t ready to play with them yet, I also didn’t show any aggression, so if you have a dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m a friendly, fun, active, and playful boy who’s as sweet as can be. I was precious and gentle for my bath, then happily rolled all around in my sheet afterward.  I’m a total love bug who brings joy wherever I go. / Energy Level: 4-6, sometimes a little higher, though I will need to stay calmer until after I’ve completed my heartworm treatment.         • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘leave it’ commands and I look forward to learning more. / My crate manners have been good at Mostly Mutts. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule so far, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home, too. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I just love playing with toys and spending time with the nice volunteers.  I’m sure we’ll find lots of other things we will enjoy doing together. / I can’t think of any dislikes yet, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.  I’ve tested heartworm positive lightly, so I’m on premedication and will be retested in early March.  If I’m still hw positive, I’ll be treated for this and Mostly Mutts will cover the cost of my treatment with their vet, so local adoption only.  I hope to be with my new family before my treatment starts.  I have moderate tartar on my teeth, so my adoptive family should consult with their vet and consider a dental cleaning in the future.  I have a broken toenail on my left rear foot that is healing though may still be a little sensitive.  I’m a wonderful pup looking for a great new home and family for life!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
