Hi, my name is Penelope.  I was rescued by a kind person when she saw me living near a dumpster.  I’m so grateful to be at KSC getting regular meals, toys to play with and a warm place to sleep.  I didn’t like being out in the cold!  The caregivers tell me I’m a very sweet girl and I get along with other kitties.  I’m a little shy at first but then I’m ready for lots of snuggles and love.
