Hi, I’m Penelope! I am tiny but mighty and love getting to hangout with my siblings, especially my sister Polly! I enjoy observing the other kittens playing and will sometimes join in but am more content relaxing on my own. I get along with everyone and stand up for myself if play time becomes too much. Snoozing on the heating pad or wrapped in a cozy towel or blanket is my favorite way to pass time! I have beautiful markings and a great personality to match. I am chatty when I want attention or am hungry but overall keep to myself and let my sister Polly do all the talking. I would love a home with a cat or dog sibling who can keep me company, give me confidence, and initiate play time! Penelope is available for pre-adopt only at this time as she is not old enough to move to a forever home, but applications can still be completed. Applications for pre-adopt are processed in the order they are received. Penelope will be able to go home around July 20th. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise.
