Penguin is gentle, affectionate, and quiet. He has been fostered with the help of two young girls and is great with kids.  He’s $50 to adopt and this includes neuter surgery, rabies and distemper vaccinations, microchip, and FeLV/FIV testing. Kittens are BOGO right now, so you can get Penguin and his brother Snow Leopard too for $50!
