He is a confident and social cat who needs only a brief adjustment period before demanding love and affection. He enjoys informing you what he's up to via an adorably squeaky meow and has taken to sitting on your feet when he wants attention. Penn does very well with other cats, matching their energy and engaging with them without constantly being in their space. He would do well in a variety of homes but would likely be happiest in a home with another kitty for him to hang out with. He also loves entertaining himself with a ball or mouse toy.
