We haven’t seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   SC shelter—needs DC area foster or forever home   Penn is Looking For:   A foster or forever family to love. Penn is ready to leave shelter life behind and find a place where he can truly be himself. He’d love a home where he has room to run, friends to play with, and people to share life’s adventures with. He has the perfect balance of playful energy and sweet companionship, and whether you can foster him for a little while or welcome him home forever, you’ll be giving this wonderful boy the fresh start he deserves. What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update once Penn arrives and spend some time with the Foster.
