Meet Penny! This sweet, one-year-old German Shepherd was found alone in a parking lot in Santa Ana, dirty but with so much love to give. We believe Penny may have been abandoned, but after having her posted for over a week…sadly no family has claimed her. She hasn’t let that affect her sunny personality though!Penny is all about playtime! She loves toys, especially balls, and is happiest when she’s running around or playing fetch. She’s incredibly affectionate and has mastered some basic commands like “sit”—though she’s still a puppy at heart and would love more training to keep her mind sharp!Because Penny LOVES to play, we think she would do best in a home with another dog her size. While she hasn’t been around kids yet, her sweet, playful nature makes us think she’d do well with a family who loves to play just as much as she does.One big plus? Penny never barks!
