She was picked up as a stray in South Jersey. Sadly, her family never came looking for her. When Penny was found, her right rear leg had already been removed. She hasn't shared with us what happened and that's OK because that part of her life is behind her. This little girl is ready to start a new chapter, one with a family that will love her FURever!
