Critter Details

Pennywise is an 8.5-year-old scruffy gal who has been rescued  by NorthStar. She is good with children, having been exposed multiple times to a 7-year-old, plus she rides well in a car. She's headed to a loving foster home and as we learn more about her, we will update her bio.  Pennywise will be coming to NJ to find her perfect fit.
