She was placed into a foster home because she was absolutely terrified in the shelter environment. She has come out of her shell and is very loving and playful. However, since she's still a bit weary of strangers, Pepper would need a patient adopter who is willing to give her the time to adjust and come out of her shell even more. She loves to play with her toys.  Her adoption fee is $50 and includes the spay surgery, initial vaccinations, rabies shot, microchip and Feline Leukemia/FIV testing.  If you have any questions about Pepper or would like to meet her, please contact her foster mom Sabine at Sabine.OCAS.foster@gmail.com  Please include some details about your household where she would be living, so we can make sure that it is a good fit.
