Must adopt with bond mate, Millie Hey, I’m Pepper! I’m the black and white one you see in the pictures – the other one is my bond mate, Millie, and we must be adopted together.  I warm up to new people pretty quickly, especially if you spend some time sitting nearby with a blanket. Once I feel comfortable, I enjoy gentle affection and the company of my humans, though I don’t need constant attention.  Millie & I love to play together and keep each other entertained – especially when there’s enrichment toys involved! My favorite foods include romaine lettuce and other fresh greens. I also enjoy timothy or orchard grass hay, along with Oxbow pellets.  In my foster home I’ve done well around school-aged respectful children. I haven’t been around other animals, but I’m happiest in a calm and predictable environment. My litter box habits aren’t perfect—sometimes you’ll find poops outside the box—but I do try to keep most of my mess in one area. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets.
