This cutie had a rough start to life….he and two siblings were abandoned. The siblings passed away (they all were afflicted with intestinal parasites) but with great medical treatment that included three blood transfusions he overcame the illness. You would never know how tough his life started to meet him now. He is eagerly waiting for his forever family. Percy adapts easily to new situations….as an example he just started spending time in a crate without complaints, instead of  the big playpen he was lucky enough to hang out in.  Percy is doing fantastic with housebreaking…he is encouraged to go out frequently and he independently goes to the door (but doesn't bark and relies on his foster to realize he needs to go out.)  He is food motivated so his foster is using positive reinforcement with small treats, a lot of "good boys" and some firm "no's with redirection to toys when he nips with teething. He is very quiet and rarely barks. Percy is very smart!!!
