He is very friendly and loves to play. Phil has been neutered, received his 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped. To adopt Phil please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can see Phil at the Newtown Petsmart adoption center located at 2600 S Eagle Rd. His adoption fee is $150. ***Phil is a young, active kitten and should go to a home where he has another pet to play with.***
