Phillie and Kevin: Bonded Pair Phillie is a very affectionate 12-week old tiger male kitten. He has perfectly symmetrical black strips on both side of his face. Phillie is the biscuit making king, he makes them here there and everywhere!!!! He loves belly rubs and to be held.  Phillie is social and loves to play with toys and his foster siblings, but he is deeply bonded to his brother, Kevin (5/30/2025-108), they must be adopted together. He is great with other cats, kittens, and young children.
