April 2025:  Piper had jaw surgery and is doing much better. Feb 2025:  Piper was rescued by Barks of Hope in Puerto Rico.  Her jaw is broken but it doesn't stop her from eating.  She is spayed and vaccinated.  A vet will evaluate her jaw.
