Introducing Pixie. She is a tiny, only 4.3 lb. little terrier mix. She is a handful and loves to be carried around. No one knowledgeable has estimated an age so I am going with 1-2 years. She is shy on meeting and at the shelter was terrified, understandably. They were finally able to pick her up and she was better with that. She will allow a collar or harness, or leash put on but does not really get the idea of walking on a leash.She is not potty trained but is haphazardly pee pad trained. She tries but the aim needs some work. She needs consistency with someone home more often than not to help her get the idea.She is a good eater and sleeps through the night without issue.She loves chasing a tennis ball even though it is pretty big for her mouth. She likes other dogs and just today started playing with the other little dog here. They are getting to know each other as well.Pixie is very happy and active, and loves being carried. I have "walked" her with the other dogs, but she is content to be in a pouch for the event.With patience this little dog is going to be a great, fun, happy and trained little companion for some lucky person.Pixie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to find her new home.
