She always wants to be near her person and is a total lover! As an older gal, she enjoys long naps and snuggles on the couch.  Princess has a few medical issues to note. She is declawed, FIV+ and is diabetic.  Princess' diabetes is not controlled and she requires insulin twice daily (at appx 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.).  In order to determine the correct amount of insulin to administer, Princess must wear a continuous glucose monitor (as her glucose is not always steady).  In order to help maintain her glucose, she requires a minimum of 2 meals of Friskies pate wet food daily when she gets her insulin.  Princess is not the biggest fan of her continuous glucose monitor, so she wears infant t-shirts to keep them on. Since being in foster care, she has learned to co-exist with another diabetic cat and calm dogs. Please note that it costs around $225/mo to care for Princess (this cost includes glucose monitors, insulin, insulin needles, wet food, dry kibble and cat litter).
