Sweet little Purriosa had a rough start in life, she came into the shelter after being attacked by a dog. She sustained injuries, but after some tender loving care in foster she is now happy and running around the house!Purriosa loves toys and is frequently spotted running through the house with them in her mouth! She is great at entertaining herself and loves to watch the goings on in the neighborhood from the front window. Purriosa is playful and agile and likes to hang out on top of the cat tree.Purriosa enjoys sitting next to her people and seeks out affection on her terms. She has a fantastic rumbling purr and turns it on every time she rubs up on your leg looking for scritches. She even purrs when she eats! Purriosa comes to her name and gets excited about treats and meals. Purriosa will need a slow patient introduction to a new home, but once she is comfortable, she is a great companion and her purr will melt your heart. Purriosa loves other cats and would make a fantastic companion for your cats!Purriosa is not at the shelter, she is in a foster home. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
