Hello! My name is Quartz. I’m a pretty shy guinea pig and I take my time getting comfortable in new places. At first, I like to stay tucked away in my cozy hutch and quietly observe everything around me. The world feels a bit big to me, so I move at my own pace. But I do have a soft spot… treats! If you offer something tasty, I’ll usually gather the courage to peek out of my hutch and maybe even come a little closer. With patience and a gentle routine, I start to feel braver each day. I enjoy quiet moments, cozy hideaways, and the company of someone who understands that trust takes time. If you’re patient and kind, I think we could be great friends. Come meet me today! The SPCA strongly encourages Adoption Holds to ensure I will be waiting to meet you when you arrive. To make an Adoption Hold, please call 831-373-2631. The Adoption Center is open to meet me without an Adoption Hold, however you may need to wait for an adoption time to become available and I may already be adopted.
