Meet Rain! Rain is a very sweet and shy little guy who is very affectionate. With his beautiful coat of steel grey Rain resembles the rain storms he was named after. Rain is quite shy and he takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he will melt into your arms in a way that will completely melt your heart!Since Rain is still young, he will need to be adopted into a home that has another kitty friend to play with, or with another kitty from FFF. Rain would really love to be adopted with one of his siblings (Marlin, Reed, Sandy, or Shelly) or his mom, Lake! Rain and his siblings get along fabulously and they love to cuddle and play together. Rain is a very friendly and easy-going kitty, and he loves to play with humans of all kinds! He is also currently in a foster home with an eleven-year-old dog whom he does very well with. Rain has not yet met any young children, but he does well with older children and he would likely do well with younger children who have appropriate adult supervision (since he is still so small). Since Rain is a bit shy he would do best in a patient home willing to let him adjust at his own pace. Most importantly, Rain needs to be adopted into a home that can give him all the love and attention he deserves!Rain is so affectionate! He takes a little longer than his siblings to warm up, but once he’s in your lap he’ll stay there for hours. Rain is very loyal and once you’ve earned his trust, he will become your shadow! He will probably follow you around begging for love. Rain loves being pet and he will melt into your arms almost like a ragdoll cat. He was born to be someone’s binge-watching companion! Not only is Rain affectionate, he also loves to play! His favorite toys include catnip mice, sparkle balls, and the cat tree. Rain is very good at showing off his climbing skills of the cat tree and he especially loves chasing his siblings around all over it.
