This sweet handsome boy came to Mutt Love from a NC shelter where they euthanize dogs who are in the shelter longer than days.  Ranger deserved a chance at a happy life and a loving home so we made him part of the Mutt Love family.  Ranger is estimated at about 2-3 years old currently weighs about 55 pounds, although he does need to put on a few pounds.  Ranger is heartworm positive and is beginning treatment soon at our vet. He would benefit from being in a foster home during treatment to help make things easier on him.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org.
