Meet Rhianna, the sweetest girl you’ll ever come across! This lovely pup found herself roaming the streets of a rural Texas community, but luck was on her side when she was rescued and brought to a local shelter. That’s where her incredible journey to shine bright and find her forever family truly began! When Rhianna arrived at the shelter, she was in need of some serious love and TLC. The amazing shelter manager reached out to one of our dedicated North Star volunteers for help, and thanks to a local groomer's generous offer of time and talent, Rhianna was transformed into the sparkling gem she is today! Now, Rhianna has been thriving in her Texas foster home for just over a week, and she’s doing wonderfully! She shares her space with several small dogs, and they all get along fabulously. Rhianna is a delightful medium-energy dog, looking for a home with another playful pup who can match her zest for fun! While Rhianna does experience a little separation anxiety, she would thrive in a home where someone is around to keep her company. Ideally, a single-family home with no shared walls would be perfect, as she can be a bit vocal when left alone. But don’t worry—she absolutely adores toys and will often entertain herself! At around 2-3 years old, Rhianna is still full of playful energy and sometimes thinks that shoes or other objects are her toys too, so a puppy-proof home is highly recommended. She seems to be fully potty trained and knows how to use a doggy door. However, due to her separation anxiety, it’s essential that she’s kept in a secure home where she can't plan any escape ventures when left alone. Rhianna is a social butterfly and hasn’t met a stranger yet! With her playful spirit, she would definitely thrive in a home with older children.
