  In West Philadelphia Born and Raised… I was found as a stray in West Philly but am so thankful to be one step closer to my forever home! I'm definitely not a street cat… more like a purring machine! Even before you start petting me I get excited and start to rumble. When I’m ready for chill time, I do the best downward dog to stretch it out. I am gentle and dignified – even when head butting it’s done with care and grace. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals.
