Is anyone missing a female, Brussels Griffon/ Shih Tzu mix that weighs less than 10 Lbs.? She was found off of Nicole Dr. In Rockwall on 12/10/24 and brought to the shelter on 12/12/24 after the finders were unable to find her owners. She is not chipped and was not wearing a collar when found. She is currently not available for adoption and is on stray hold for the next 72 hours to allow her owners to reclaim her. While on stray hold, pets are not allowed to be met with or adopted. If you recognize this pet, please call the Rockwall shelter at 972-771-7750 ext 2. Proof of ownership is required for all reclaims.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
