Hello! My name is Rocco! I am ready for a forever home and I am hoping it is with you! I am a typical shepherd mix: very intelligent, handsome, active, and I have a nose that knows where the treats are! I do have a prey drive and cannot go to a home with small animals or cats. I am housebroken, very affectionate, and I love to go on walks. I can be shy meeting new people, but I am loyal and very bonded when you become my friend. I do best with older, calmer kids; when they are young and wild, it is too much for me and I want a quiet place to nap. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home.
