BY the way he is deaf, but you would never know and it does not impact him!  He is neutered, heartworm negative and on prevention, microchipped  – Loving sweet guy! Rocky’s Story Obtained as a 6-month-old pup, lady got sick and was clueless, so put him outdoors chained in extreme conditions for the last 4 years. A kind social worker recently saw his suffering and intervened. Authorities were notified, but no action was taken! His former owner, now really sick, finally released him to AWHAR—this is his chance for a new life!
