Rooney is a happy, fun-loving pup who adores being with his people and soaking up all the cuddles he can get! Friendly and playful, he makes friends with everyone he meets, both humans and canines. This adventurous boy has a gentle disposition and is incredibly patient, even with the most energetic puppies. He’s currently being fostered with a playful 11-week-old pup and handles her sharp baby teeth like a true gentleman.
