Name:  Rosie       Best Guess for Breed:  Goldendoodle (golden retriever and poodle mix)   Best Guess for Age: 4 years as of July 2026       SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight: 109 lbs as of 7/12/26- needs to drop some weight!   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   DC area foster home Rosie is Looking For:   This sweetie landed in the shelter due to no fault of her own. She’s eagerly looking forward to getting her new humans for sniffy walks and world exploration! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well.   She also wants her new humans to know that she has that typical doodle coat. That means she mats easily. Mats are painful! She will need daily brushing and regular professional grooming.   What does her new family get in exchange? An incredibly sweet girl who’s ready to love and be loved. Has so much affection and loyal companionship to offer. Already knows the Sit, Shake, and Lay Down commands. And as said earlier – a very sweet girl.    What do you say?
