His journey to safety was a close call, narrowly escaping euthanasia at a small South Texas shelter with his siblings, Scarlet and Felix. While Rowan is incredibly sweet and loves to cuddle, he’s a bit timid in new environments. His foster family is helping him build confidence and learn the basics, preparing this gentle boy for a bright future in a loving forever home.  He would thrive in a home that will continue to socialize him.
