Rowdy is a sweet male Chihuahua mix.  His vet estimated year of birth is 2018.  He's a little shy when you first meet him, but he warms up quickly.  He hates being in a crate and will tell you about it.   ~Adoption donation $300 . All vetting is up to date. Microchipped and neutered. Also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
