What a cutie!  This is Ruth.  Ruth is a spunky little girl with a big personality! She’s about 12 weeks old – as of 07/12/2024 –  with torti/tabby markings…black/brown, and she’s a doll! She’s new to the adoption center and a little nervous.  Please slowly introduce yourself to her so she can give two paws up.  Ruth warms up quickly .
