Deaf from birth and living with a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which gives her a little head bobble, Sabrina Mae doesn't let anything slow her down. She walks, jumps, explores, and most importantly, loves with her whole heart. Because she can't hear, Sabrina Mae startles easily if someone approaches unexpectedly. Wake her gently with a soft touch or a little puff of air, and she'll immediately lift her head, ready for affection. Her favorite place is curled up in a warm lap, soaking up pets while her impressively loud purr motor goes to work. Being held and loved is truly her happy place. While she's polite around other cats, Sabrina Mae would be happiest as your one and only feline companion. She much prefers spending her time with people.
