    Hi, I’m Sadie! I love to be petted. I hear people exclaim howsoft my white fur is when they touch me. I especially lovegentle head holds & will joyfully ram my head into the palm ofyour hand for one. My foster describes me as sweet, smart,curious & perky, in a chill sort of way. I really like being closeto my human companion(s) & often get in their lap. I have agentle nature & am extremely careful when taking a treat froman open hand. I have the stable presence of a mature cat butI’m also young at heart. My favorite toy is a long streamer ofcloth tied to the end of a stick. I LOVE chasing it around.My foster found me wandering alone in a woodsy area inmid-May, looking for meals where I could find them. She sawmy ear-tip, which means that I’m spayed. It has been such arelief not to worry about having kittens all the time. Theneighbors thought I was declawed & they worried about mysafety as a white, declawed cat in an area where coyotes &owls roam. That’s when my foster picked me up. But shequickly found out that I still have all my claws—they were justneatly trimmed. I heard her say “Good!” and she seemedrelieved—and I agree, it is good to have trimmed claws,because I love to make biscuits in a nice, soft lap.No one knows my story before that. I’ve heard certainphrases in their conversations, all ending in questions, like“missing pet?” and “drop o&#239&#172&#128?” and “fixed colony cat?” asthey try to figure it out. My foster told me that she posted mypicture on Petco’s Love Lost, just in case an owner wassearching for me. The neighbors in that area posted paperflyers and online notices too. However, nobody hasresponded. Personally, I’m ready to move forward with my lifeand find my forever home (I love my foster but I am not fondof her cats).A one cat family is the perfect home for me. I will be loyal andloving and a joy to be around. I’m about 3 years old and justover 11 pounds. I like being strong and muscular. It helpspeople take me seriously. I’m confident and can hold my ownin challenging circumstances. I’ll become sad if I’m left alonevery much. And I’ll be thrilled with lots of time with my humancompanion(s). I’ve heard it said that white cats are symbolsof good luck. I agree with that, as I’ve already been prettylucky in this life.
