Her tiny mews we coming from the neighbor’s bushes — a fragile kitten calling for help. Her dad, Bernie, was a gorgeous stray that was cared for until he sadly passed. With both parents gone, little Sandy was left on her own, trying her best to survive. She was rescued by a kind lady who lives in the neighborhood and heard her kitten cries.  Now Sandy is safe and healthy. Through it all, she’s remained incredibly gentle, affectionate, and trusting. She loves being near people and is happiest just sitting beside you — content, purring, and soaking up the attention. Sandy is waiting patiently in her cozy crate where she gets daily social time and lots of love from the rescuers. Still, she deserves more — a forever home where she can stretch out, play, and finally relax knowing she’s truly home.
