Meet Saphie!Saphie is a ridiculously sweet 1-year-old pit bull terrier mix who’s learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.When she first arrived at the shelter, she was very nervous and unsure of her surroundings. But with gentle care and patience, sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s starting to come out of her shell.Saphie may still be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her affectionate and gentle nature shines through. She’s easy to walk on leash and enjoys quiet strolls where she can take in the world at her own pace.If you’re looking for a soft-hearted companion who just needs a little time and love to blossom, Saphie might be your perfect match. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
