Meet  Satchmo ! This handsome young kitten was rescued with his litter from a dumpster in winter but their rough start in life has done nothing to dampen the vivacious spirits of the Jazz Cats litter!If you’ve been looking for your very own “one brain cell” orange kitty, this little dude checks all the boxes! Satchmo is active but a little lazy, curious but not devious, a top-notch communicator but only has like 3 emotions, and doesn’t believe in introspection (and also doesn’t know what it means).Satchmo loves to hold out a long meow to let you know that he would like attention and this attention takes the form of a proper cuddle. Cuddles are rewarded with loud, rumblings purrs. He loves to play, socialize, and generally be in the midst of action. He rarely instigates shenanigans but frequently is left holding the bag. Speaking of which, Satchmo cannot think his way out of a bag (or a box) but will instead, wait patiently for someone to rescue him from his lack of spatial reasoning.All jokes aside, Satchmo truly excels at making you feel like the center of his universe. He loves to make long, meaningful eye contact while being held and holding him feels like sharing a warm hug with the sun!As a young and social kitten, Satchmo will need to join a household with another cat to keep him company. If you’re in need of another kitten, Satchmo would LOVE to be adopted with either his fellow orange brother, Dizzy, or his “orange-in-spirit” calico sister, Aretha.
