He will be arriving in MN the weekend of 3/20 and is looking for a foster to adopt home.  First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment.  Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.
