Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and full of gentle charm, Scooby is the total package. This lovable boy lives peacefully with other dogs and cats, and while he enjoys a good play session, he’s respectful and knows when to give others space. Scooby is calm, kind, and cuddly—he just wants to be loved and will happily return that love tenfold.  He’s already mastered sit and is learning other basic commands like stay and come. He walks beautifully on a leash, doesn’t bark, and has shown no food aggression. Scooby is also house-trained and has proven he can be trusted outside of the crate during the day without getting into trouble—he doesn’t chew and simply enjoys relaxing. His crate is his safe space where he happily sleeps at night. Though still unsure about toys, Scooby adores affection and never turns down a big hug. He’s the kind of dog who melts into you when you cuddle, making every day feel a little warmer. Scooby hasn’t been tested with children yet, but his gentle and loving nature suggests he could adapt well with proper introductions. He’s looking for a patient and caring individual or family who will continue to guide him, help him explore the world, and allow him to blossom into the incredible companion he’s meant to be. If you’re searching for a loyal friend with a heart of gold, Scooby might just be your perfect match. For more information about Scooby you can email his foster mom:  lexnaugle23@gmail.com  IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ Click here for the ADOPTION APPLICATION if you are interested in adopting this pet. Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.  We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you’d like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.  Thank you!
