Come meet Serenity and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (Jan. 25th) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Silver Spring, MD (12020 Cherry Hill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904)! Name:  Serenity      Best Guess for Breed:  Lab mix   Best Guess for Age:   2.5 years as of January 2026        SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  65 lbs   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   DC area foster home   Serenity is Looking For:  Her forever home! Serenity did an amazing job of raising her babies Sage, Sandie, Serena, Smokey, Snickers, and Spot to be great family pets and they’re all off to seek their own homes. Now Serenity is ready to love and be loved by her own humans! She’s in her prime as a young adult dog and eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps, and all the adventures they can dream up. And snuggles. Lots of snuggles – the shelter says she’s very sweet.    Most of all, she wants to know she’s safe and loved, where she belongs. In exchange she promises loyal companionship for all her days.
