Meet Sergio! He's a spunky boy with a sweet heart! Sergio is a 6.5yo Tuxedo Cat with sweet lil mittens and a tie dye nose. His favorite past-times include shadow play, feather wands, the occasional laser, and exploring windowsills. Sergio makes it clear that morning routines are done together, which makes for a productive beginning of the day! During the day, he is great at lounging and keeping himself busy, making him great for someone who needs to be out of the house for long periods of time. He enjoys plushy pillows and couch spaces as well as under coffee tables as a hideaway spot. Sergio is a naturally affectionate, chirpy, and easy-going cat. He will walk between your legs in the kitchen and around the house, sit beside you while you eat, and request pets while he eats. In fact, he has excellent manners for mealtime, so expect a kiss before he chows! He has a wild, mouthy playfulness that will take some adjusting to, but know it's his way of accepting you as his pal! That being said, an experienced and patient owner, without children, will make the best furever home for Sergio. He is receptive to commands and alpha enforcement but will submit only after some playful pawing and hard side eye!! Sergio does not have a history of living with other cats; however, I suspect he may do well with a buddy. One could say Sergio pretends to be a refined lil dude… He prefers to have an extra-large litter box with daily cleans and can't do certain Friskie pate brands (can disclose more upon interest). He abhors pellet treats but will go mad for any lickable variety. However, he can get a little messy in his meal excitement, resulting in the cutest food covered nose, so do be sure to get him a meal mat! Sergio also has a history of missing the litter box, but has improved upon receiving Solensia, which he may need monthly. This is a shot that alleviates any potential pain or impingement at the base of his tail, which has an irregular vertebra.
