Adoption Event Schedule Events run from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM every month at these locations: 2nd Saturday, Sacramento – Pet Food Express 3rd Saturday, Modesto – Strand Hardware Store 4th Saturday, Roseville – Pet Food Express Please visit the GCGSR Rescue Page for specific address information. All of our dogs are in foster homes and not in one single kennel location.  Adoption events is the best way to meet several of our dogs at once. Shippo is a 7 year old male whose previous owner passed away and he found himself in a shelter.  He has allergies and has lost quite a bit of weight. He rode well in the car and is eating well so he should start looking healthier soon.  More to come as we get to know him better.Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
