Short Rib was a stray to a shelter that didn't have kennels big enough for him. Short Rib is emaciated and has wounds all over his body. He is 3 1/2 years old, super sweet and loves attention. He has not been put in a play group yet. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed and on heartworm prevention Short Rib loves to shake hands
